@airserbia whenever I emailed to ask about the latest status of my baggage, my reference number, surname and the picture of my baggage were asked again as if i have not shared them at all @airserbia

In my flight from Istanbul to Berlin (transferred from Belgrade) with @airserbia I didn’t receive baggage on Aug 7th, flight number JU807and JU350. I reported at Berlin Brandenburg airport as soon as i arrived. it has been already one week..

@airserbia I have already tried every means you recommended. my operator has even charged me for 50 EURO since i am not aloud to call Serbia from Germany! The person on the line [phone] hanged on me. I tried to reach Belgrade lost&andfound desk by email. @airserbia
