@Schiphol Yes, I have! Nothing from anyone about my luggage! It’s not the airlines fault this time. It’s the airports fault and you need to find our luggage! I ended up being rebooked from KLM to KLM and Westjet. Westjet can only contact KLM for info but they only know what Schiphol says!
