@rohindhar I think this is great price. Just painted 1750 sqft house in SW Florida for $5.5K and that didn’t include cabinets which would be $4k extra, but you are in much-much pricier area in Sonoma.

@ChrisK_STRs I just can’t stand loud hotels where people come and go 24x7 disturbing my sleep at night. Also, with kids, it means no privacy even in your own room, and hotels charge 3x for suites with multiple rooms. Source: Stayed in over 20 rentals in the past 5 years and run my own STR.

@nickcpicks @ChrisK_STRs We have our 3br Naples rental, which looks very similar to the original post photos, constantly booked by couples who just want to chill on a pool, bike to the beach and enjoy single-family house life rather than staying in a noisy hotel and share pool with hundreds of strangers.
