@HyundaiIndia Absolutely shameful and pathetic after-sales support from Hyundai Motor India. My Creta EV MH01EV7289 broke down on the Mumbai–Goa highway barely ONE DAY after a paid service at an authorized Hyundai workshop.

@HyundaiIndia I have called customer care and RSA repeatedly throughout the day, yet nobody seems to know where the vehicle is or what exactly is happening. Is this the level of support Hyundai provides to customers after selling premium vehicles?

@HyundaiIndia and even after 24+ hours, the car has STILL not been delivered to the service center. No proper updates, no accountability, no coordination — only empty assurances and endless follow-up calls from my side.
