@jxwr 互联网的核心价值在于垄断价值，这也才形成了美国的很多垄断性公司的优越工作环境。而保证优越环境下工程师自得其乐，就需要工程师文化。国内公司大多还处于在内部战争的汪洋大海之中，工程师们由于外在经济压力，有强烈的向上动力，自然也不需要所谓的"工程师文化"。
