@DHLexpress After nearly 10 calls and countless broken promises to call back, I can honestly say this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I would not recommend DHL to anyone. Completely unacceptable.

@iandanforth@zillow I am having the same issue. I contacted Zillow via twitter about it and they sent me a similar message you got. They clearly want customers to burn calories before they resolve their own problem.
