so my govt says, we do not pay taxes and the tax base is low. Every family in Pakistan use edible oil thus every single Pakistani is a tax payer ! go figure. The govt narrative needs to be corrected. Yes many don't pay their fair share but even the poor pay taxes.

@KlasraRauf yes - you get 5 KM of motorway on Sial interchange and the same story on the road connecting Sargodha to Sial Chowk crossing Chanab reiver on to Sheikupura and finally Lahore - a major road yesterday and today and it is all torn up just like the photos you show.
