Totoo. I am in the middle of making a decision to leave an engagement org which our company entrusted me to lead at. But because I listened to this Ep and to Pau's way of handling differences in their team, I am inspired to continue the role. Paulo is really the standard🥺

Some random thoughts from last night’s podcast:

1. Sobrang nakakatuwa seeing Pablo so chatty. Breath of fresh air. Gusto ko rin how he moderates. Very Kuya/Daddy Pau din ang dating.

2. Pablo is me when it comes to being a frustrated perfectionist. Naiinis ako when people are late lol

3. Sobrang chill ng aura ni Josh sa podcast. While others talk intensely, he listens. Naappreciate ko yun.

4. Justin is so precious. Bunso talaga. I just want to protect him lagi 🥹 grabe ngiti ko kay Jah everytime he speaks kasi napakacute 😆

5. Gets ko si Stell about getting frustrated when things don’t turn as planned dahil sa fault ng iba. Same kami na magpaparinig sa tao (sorry po huhu). And I admire him for being brave to talk about how hard it is to always be the sunshine. Minsan, ok lang if the sun doesn’t shine. We understand and we can always wait for you.

6. Ken is a “black and white, what you see is what you get” kind of person. When he is decided on something, he sets his mind to it. Never iyan magpapaapi. I love him for being real, despite what other folks may say.

7. Lalong naestablish pagmamahal ko sa lima after this episode. Sobrang raw and relatively unfiltered. I hope people don’t take things out of context.

8. True friends don’t sugarcoat things. They tell you straight up what are the things they like and dislike about you.

Sa tagal ng pinagsama ng lima, gets na nila ang isa’t isa. Marami na silang pinagdaanan at marami pa silang pagdadaanan.
