@SP_EnergyPeople really won't compensate? Power out approx. 2100, initially expected to be restored approx. 2300, secondary fault has prevented this. Partner's chemotherapy suppresses his immune leaving him more susceptible to food borne germs. His meds are also in fridge.
@Virgin I don't know how you justify squashing the holiday dreams a cancer patient was looking forward to. Especially during blood cancer awareness month (my partner is being treated for lymphoma).
@VirginAtlantic@richardbranson do not care about their customers. All my partner wanted was to postpone his big 30th holiday until after cancer treatment. Big fat no. Zero compassion. Could have been the heroes but chose to be the villains. Remember this warning before you book
@VirginAtlantic We are waiting for a response from a flight @VirginAtlantic cancelled whilst at the airport. We have had no response to any form of communication. We missed over 24 hours of our holiday and we dealt with the rudest member of staff at Manchester airport.

@VirginAtlantic VS302 LHR-DEL. Flying premium eco 1st time on Virgin (normally fly SQ / EK). By far the worst premium eco. Food avg in taste, small portions. TERRIBLE attitude of hostesses. Louise clearly hates her job & couldnโt care less abt passengers. Extremely dismissive.
