Drove 130 miles specifically to see the last IMAX showing of Masters of the Universe at AMC Madison.
Can’t wait to see this on a huge in IMAX screen!

MISSION: ACCOMPLISHED !

Over the weekend, I traveled 150 miles to Madison Wi so I could see #MissionImpossible The Final Reckoning in IMAX.
I’m so thrilled to see it the first time on the best big screen format and a great bonus as Madison Wi is Ethan Hunt’s birthplace. 😎
M:I 8 is an incredibly fun and fantastic bookend to the epic film series ! 👍🏼

#MissionImpossible The Final Reckoning also is a very special movie to me, in that will always be a reminder to me of how truly grateful I am living and got to see it.

I’ll elaborate….

23 months ago, July 2023, I finally got to see a movie in IMAX, Mission Impossible - Dead Reckoning at World Golf Village IMAX in St.Augustine Florida.
The IMAX format far exceeded my hopes of a top notch movie presentation , I was so excited for the next M:I movie.

But…………..

11 months ago, I was faced with my own Mission:Impossible,
I was diagnosed with early stage 4 tongue/throat/mouth cancer (same type as Val Kilmer 😳 - RIP😢).
Upon learning this, one of the first things I thought to myself were -

“I sure hope I’m still around to see The Final Reckoning 🤞🏼”

6 months have now elapsed since completing the very intense chemo/radiation treatment.
I am now cancer free and my outlook is excellent .

I have such tremendous appreciation and many thanks to @TomCruise Chris McQuarrie, @Paramount @Skydance for the many years of producing these wonderful movies and keeping the theatrical experience alive with their strong support of cinemas everywhere !
