My original sensitivity was way too high on this pad and I found myself relying on my cloth pad for support by digging into it. When I switched to a glass pad, it made me realize these bad habits and I ended up lowering my sensitivity to a more comfortable level because of that which I noticed huge improvements when it came to consistency and just overall skill/comfortability for my personally.

huge shoutout to @Neuroptima for a tub of Flowstate definitely was a huge improvement for me daily taking it while working and playing games. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. I have never felt more focused and ready to lock in ever in my life.

Try to get a router that can connect you to servers based on ping. I have an XR1000 router right now, and it only connects to certain servers where I set a maximum ping limit. You can also adjust the location of the servers you connect to, but keep in mind you can't set the limit too low.
