My husband (Mr Believe Ubara), has been missing, not seen nor heard from, since on 19th January, 2024.

He was kidnapped by harmed men on an unfortunate Friday evening at the entrance to our home and the incident was witnessed by our security man, who alerted me….

According to statements by a survivor of the incident : Emmanuel Ebanipere (m 28 years) Daniel and his friends went to Hamilton garden to celebrate thier friend’s birthday, the said friend is an EFCC officer. while at the party Daniel and three others including two EFCC officers(1 was the celebrant ) went outside the club, shortly after he heard gunshots outside of Hamilton Garden , while people in the club were running he realized it is thier friends that SWAT division had arrested. They arrested the celebrant and the other EFCC officer alongside another of thier civilian friend. Daniel was not detained , apparently the swat team that had just shot severally outside the club searched him for any implicating items but eventually let him go.
The said Survivor and thier friend Peremoboi Anthony(m 27years) who is the owner of the Lexus Rx 350 decided to go to SWAT’s office as they already know they were the ones who detained thier friends, getting there they got to see firsthand how beat up and harassed thier three friends were, including the two EFCC officers, apparently one of the EFCC Officers named Israel got the worst of it, as his face was beaten beyond recognition , the SWAT team had insisted that he was an EFCC impersonator while trying to intervene on behalf of his friends . They eventually figured he wasn’t an impersonator but was an actual EFCC officer . The SWAT division boss came to apologize to them for the incident and cautioned the SWAT officers who carried out the assault. While doing so, the EFCC officer, Israel to be precise had threatened to petition all the officers involved, and assured them he won’t let it go till they are well punished and even dismissed for thier wrong doings.
They were all released on NO BAIL as the SWAT team boss had instructed.
The said survivor and the owner of the Lexus Rx 350 Peremoboi Anthony(m 27years) picked them up and headed back to Hamilton garden to reunite with the rest of thier party guests.
While going back to Hamilton, Mr Israel (Harrased EFCC officer) sat at the front seat and was putting on a red shirt.
On getting to Hamilton they decided the party was over and they should all go home.
On leaving , Mr Israel (Harrased EFCC officer) left Hamilton garden on a bolt ride. Meanwhile Ayama Daniel sat at the front passenger seat of the Lexus Rx 350 and was also coincidentally putting on a red shirt (as seen on his dead body) , alongside Peremoboi Anthony(m 27years) who was driving ,Betty Captain Vivian (f) and Emmanuel Ebanipere (m 28years) sat at the back seat of the vehicle. When they got to their street junction at INEC Road ,Daniel complained he was hungry, and they decided to get food first.
Immediately Peremoboi Anthony(m 27years) held his break to take the U turn back to the expressway instead of thier street, a van ambushed them in obstruction and the persons in the van carried AK 47s opened fire ,the very first gunshot was directly to Ayama Daniel’s head. Before the said survivor could react, the Assailants had put thier gunfire on rapid, and kept shooting on all sides of the Lexus RX 350. The said Survivor ducked down in the car while they continue to shoot and eventually stopped and drove off very quickly. Immediately he gained the courage to get back up from his ducked down position, he opened the door next him and saw Peremoboi Anthony(m 27years) was unconscious, he immediately realized Ayama Daniel was already dead when he noticed the huge open bullet wounds on his head, in a few seconds he heard Betty Captain Vivian (f) shouting in pains. And also realized he has been shot too. Everybody that witnessed what happened on the street had ran away to safety, and him and Betty Captain Vivian Kept crying for help until help eventually came.

My name is Uren. I am from Hurti, a small village in Daffo, Bokkos LGA of Plateau State. I am in SS3 at GSS Manguna.
