The v31 upgrade for @osmosis is coming on Monday, 3rd November.
V31 is a tokenomics-focused release that makes staking rewards smoother, taker fee buyback and burn automatic, and revenue collection more efficient.

Sentinel is making it easier for people to build their own dVPN application with the upcoming public launch of the Plan Wizard! The Plan Wizard helps builders with less technical experience easily create their own dVPN.
The Plan Wizard is already implemented and is the infra layer for over 100k+ users out of Sentinel's 1.1 million, and will soon be live for the public to build on.
Sentinel is focused on creating a strong ecosystem for the creation of decentralized VPN applications which includes:
- the back-end infrastructure for the apps which the dVPN protocol on Sentinel's L1 chain provides
- access to dVPN community nodes that can be offered to users in the application
Over 611,000 $OSMO burned in October! 🔥
Osmosis burns 50% of all taker fees collected and this happens every single month.
So far, over 5.6M $OSMO has been permanently removed from supply.
Does it really help $OSMO, or doesn’t make much difference anymore? 🤔
First, the agentic economy moved on-chain.
Now, @Fetch_ai is making it possible for anyone, anywhere, to build fully autonomous agents:

Curious how many apps have we lost (or died) from Cosmos recently?
- Akash is migrating away.
- Elys are moving to Base.
- Sei decided to kill the Cosmos part of their chain completely.
- Shade Protocol are moving to Base (as Feather).
- Orbit Earn are building on Arbitrum.
- pStake moved to Base.
- Jackal moved their token to Base.
- Demex are moving to Monad (as Celeris).
- Stride closed down.
- Quaser died, and then their successor Tower also died.
- Picasso (and everything from Compostable) died, and even stranded all the bridged SOL in Cosmos.
- Evmos died and even gifted all the tech for Cosmos EVM, but they decided not to use it on the Hub.
- Loads of DEX closed down: Wynd, Hopers, Junoswap, Loop, Ura, Phoenix, TerraSwap, Sienna, Blizzard, SecretSwap, Cresent, WhiteWhale, Gravity, Sifchain...
- Not to mention everything that died when Terra died.
- Loads of Injective apps died (Dojo Swap, Injera etc) I think they only have Helix now.
- Kujira died, and took loads of apps with it like Fusion, Levana etc.
- Comdex died, I think they were going to try and become a PCS chain on the hub, then decided what's the point.
I'm sure there are more, but this is off the top of my head.
Big Changes Coming to Akash Network! 👀
Despite some rumors, Akash is staying in Cosmos - not leaving it.
@akashnet is getting major upgrades soon:
🔹 Core upgrade to Cosmos SDK v0.53 on Oct 20 → faster new features
🔹 Burn Mint Equilibrium → more demand for $AKT, less supply
🔹 Shared security migration → a more efficient network
🔹 New features → Virtual Machines, Confidential & Verifiable Compute, and AkashML for AI
They’re just improving their system to grow and bring more value to $AKT holders! 🌍
