@MalawiAirlines not satisfied at all with the service of Malawi Airlines. Delays not notified. No customer care on the ground in Lilongwe. How does one lodge a complaint. This is unacceptable for an African Airline. We want to support African Airlines but they must do better

Who is the CEO of @AirMalawi @flyethiopian? Delay of over 8 hours in Lilongwe on transit and ground handling staff so unhelpful. African Airlines need to take their business serious. Repost to get the attention of management.

@AirMalawi very disappointing service. Flight to Nairobi delayed by 8 hours not even a meal offered to transit passengers. Not even helpful information from ground handling crew. We need better operators. African airlines need to be serious.

Well done #Zimbabwe for licencing @Starlink. Now @TateMavetera ensure that the technology is affordable for rural businesses. No need for the service to cost more than other SADC countries especially for the equipment. Pricing must be within reach for rural communities.

@Hon_Kasukuwere The challenge of your suggestion is that it sees rural settlements as a problem instead of an opportunity. The citizens are ahead of government and government must play catch-up and not bully citizens who are providing a solution. Demolition is not an option. Regularise!
