A quick note about why VerseQuest books are being released in PDF format.
My mission and burden before God is to get as much Bible truth, doctrine, study material, and teaching into people’s hands as quickly as possible. I truly believe we are living in the last days, time is short, and people need solid Bible information right now.
Many of these books are not small booklets. Some are 400+ pages, some are 600+ pages, and some future studies may be 1,000–2,000+ pages. To print books that large, ship them, replace lost or damaged shipments, handle rising postage costs, deal with delays, inventory, packaging, and logistics would slow everything down and make the final price much higher for everyone.
PDF format lets us do several important things:
Release studies much faster
Keep prices more affordable
Make them available worldwide instantly
Avoid shipping delays and damage
Allow people to read on phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop
Allow readers to print sections if they want physical pages
Make it easy to store an entire Bible study library digitally
Make it easy to use these resources for teaching, preaching, discipleship, and personal study
I understand PDF is not everyone’s favorite format. Some people love printed books, and I understand that completely. But right now, this is the most efficient, affordable, and practical way for us to get these resources out to as many people as possible.
And honestly, this is the day we are living in. Most people are already online. Many read on their phones, tablets, or computers. Many PDF apps can search, highlight, bookmark, and even read the text out loud. You can print chapters, sections, outlines, charts, or pages as needed. There are a lot of ways to use these studies for ministry.
I have had this vision since the 1990s, but back then the technology was not really there. I did not know how something like this could ever be done on this scale. But now the technology has caught up, and by God’s grace, we are using it to get Bible truth out quickly.
My heart, soul, and body are in this work. I am doing everything I can to write, organize, format, publish, and make these studies available. People are already buying them around the world, and I am thankful beyond words. It is a blessing to be used of God in this way at this time in my life.
These books can also be used as gifts. You can order studies for friends, family, pastors, students, teachers, or anyone you want to encourage in the word of God. There are many ways to use this as a ministry tool.
So that is why we are using PDF format.
Not because print books are bad.
But because the mission is urgent, the material is large, the cost of printing and shipping is high, and PDF allows us to get these Bible studies into people’s hands quickly, affordably, and worldwide.
Please check out the VerseQuest Webshop and keep us in prayer as we continue building this Bible study library.

The Devil Doesn’t Care If You’re Religious
2 Corinthians 11:14 — “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”
The average man in the street has a comic-book idea of the devil. He thinks the devil shows up with horns, a pitchfork, red pajamas, smoke coming out of his ears, and a business card that says, “Hello, I am here to ruin your life.” That is not Bible. That is Sunday school flannelgraph mixed with medieval artwork and Hollywood foolishness. The Bible does not present Satan’s most dangerous form as some obvious monster in the alley. The Bible says, “Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.” Not darkness. Light. Not ugliness. Beauty. Not open blasphemy. Religious language. Not always a bottle in the gutter. Sometimes a pulpit, a robe, a collar, a seminary degree, a stained-glass window, a smiling preacher, a soft voice, a glowing testimony, a “Christian” book, a “spiritual” podcast, and a “new way to understand the Bible” that somehow always ends with the Bible being corrected, Christ being reduced, the gospel being muddied, and the sinner being put back under bondage.
Many people think Satan’s greatest weapon is atheism. That is a beginner’s mistake. Atheism is one of his tools, but it is not his masterpiece. Atheism is too blunt, too obvious, too negative. It tells a man, “There is no God,” and plenty of sinners can smell the absurdity of that when they look at a newborn baby, a sunrise, a human conscience, or a graveyard. The devil does not need to convince every man there is no God. He only needs to convince religious men that they can have God without truth, worship without Scripture, Jesus without blood, salvation without the new birth, forgiveness without repentance toward God, morality without righteousness, spirituality without doctrine, and heaven without the gospel. That is why the devil will gladly let a man be religious if that religion keeps him from being saved. He will let a man pray, sing, fast, tithe, confess, chant, kneel, bow, light candles, kiss relics, join churches, attend meetings, read devotionals, quote verses, and talk about “faith” all day long, as long as he never comes as a lost sinner to the finished work of Jesus Christ.
The devil does not panic when a man becomes religious. He panics when a man believes the gospel. He does not tremble because someone bought a study Bible with his name engraved on the cover. He trembles when that sinner finds out that “Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures,” as Paul said in 1 Corinthians 15:3-4. He does not fear a church building full of people repeating words they do not believe. He fears a Bible-believing Christian who knows what God said, knows where he stands in Christ, knows he is sealed by the Holy Spirit, knows the difference between Israel and the Church, knows the difference between the kingdom gospel and the gospel of the grace of God, knows the difference between religion and regeneration, and can look the devil’s finest counterfeit straight in the face and say, “It is written.” That is why the devil’s best work has always been religious. He does not mind building chapels, provided Calvary is removed from the center. He does not mind people talking about Jesus, provided they do not preach the blood, the Book, the new birth, and the blessed hope. He does not care if you are religious, as long as you are wrong.
Chapter One
Satan’s First Attack Was Not Against Religion, But Against God’s Words
The first time the devil shows up in your Bible, he does not show up as an atheist professor wearing a tweed jacket and lecturing on evolution. He shows up in Genesis 3 with a question: “Yea, hath God said?” There it is. The first satanic sermon ever preached was not, “There is no God.” It was not, “Do not be spiritual.” It was not, “Forget morality.” It was a question aimed

The Lamb Who Opens the Seven Seals
In the vision given to John in the book of Revelation (Book of the Bible), a profound mystery unfolds in heaven—a sealed scroll held in the right hand of the One seated on the throne. This scroll represents the divine plan of God concerning the end of time, judgment, and the restoration of all things.
At first, no one in heaven, on earth, or under the earth is found worthy to open the scroll or even look inside it. John weeps, because it seems as though God’s purposes will remain hidden. But then, hope appears.
The elders declare the revelation: “Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed…” Yet when John looks, he does not see a lion—he sees a Lamb, looking as though it had been slain. This is Jesus Christ, revealed in His sacrificial identity.
The Lamb is declared worthy—not by force, power, or position, but by sacrifice. He has redeemed humanity by His blood and conquered sin, death, and the grave. Because of this, He alone is found worthy to take the scroll and open its seven seals.
As the Lamb opens each seal, events begin to unfold on the earth—seasons of shaking, judgment, and transition. These seals reveal that history is not random; it is governed by divine authority and purpose. Each seal opened is a step toward the fulfillment of God’s ultimate plan of justice and restoration.
The message of the Lamb who opens the seven seals is deeply spiritual: authority belongs to the One who was sacrificed. Power in God’s kingdom is revealed through
obedience, surrender, and victory through the cross. In Him, judgment is not chaos—it is divine order moving toward redemption.
Ultimately, the vision reveals this truth: the Lamb is not only worthy to open the seals of history, but also worthy to open the seals of human destiny.
