Yesterday in Harare’s city centre, I watched a vendor finish the last sip of his drink and casually throw the plastic bottle onto the pavement right in front of me. To his surprise, and that of the other vendors nearby, I picked it up and told him to dispose of it properly in a bin.
I then walked through several streets searching for a rubbish bin to throw it away, but I could not find a single one.
Mayor @JMafume, the city urgently needs more bins along the pavements, and they must be emptied regularly throughout the day. Clean cities are built through both public responsibility and proper municipal infrastructure.
Nearly most Zimbabwean surnames are found in prison , many inmates can go for months to years without a visit from a relative which by the way is an antidote to mental disorders. Prisoners pray unceasingly 24/7, many find God inside . Visit them!
Today in Birmingham at the Zimbabwe Achievers Awards Diaspora Investment & Skills Forum, I encouraged Zimbabwean youth abroad to prioritise investing back home and actively contribute towards national development.
Zimbabwe’s greatest asset is its people. The skills, innovation, experience and investment of our diaspora can transform our nation, create jobs and build industries for future generations.
This is the time to invest in Zimbabwe.
This is the time to build Zimbabwe.
No one will develop our country for us if we do not participate ourselves.
To the youth: embrace innovation, entrepreneurship and technology. Do not just consume the future create it.
Let us believe in Zimbabwe, invest in Zimbabwe and build a stronger nation together.

PLEASE SHARE🙏 | Help Natasha Fight Cancer and and Achieve Her Dream of Becoming a Medical Doctor.
Natasha Chikosha is a 24-year-old final-year medical student at the University of Zimbabwe who is currently fighting a serious form of cancer called ALK-negative Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma.
Natasha has spent years working tirelessly toward her dream of becoming a doctor so she could dedicate her life to caring for others. Instead of preparing for graduation and beginning her medical career, she is now facing the fight of her life.
Her doctors have confirmed that her treatment can be curative, giving our family hope. However, one of the most important medications in her chemotherapy treatment, Brentuximab Vedotin, is extremely expensive and currently beyond what we can afford.
As a family, we are doing everything we can to support Natasha through chemotherapy, hospital visits, medication costs, transport and ongoing care. Unfortunately, cancer treatment in Zimbabwe is financially overwhelming, and we are now reaching out for help.
Natasha is kind, hardworking, resilient and deeply loved by everyone around her. Even during this difficult journey, she continues to smile and hold onto hope.
We are asking anyone who is able to support, whether through a donation, a prayer or simply sharing this fundraiser, to please help us give Natasha the chance to continue her treatment and fulfil her dream of becoming a doctor. Every contribution, no matter how small, truly makes a difference.
Thank you for standing with Natasha and our family during this incredibly difficult time.
