The panel hearing emergency appeals this month appears to be: Rao, Katsas, Walker.

All three are Trump appointees — in fact the only Trump appointees on the DC Circuit.

They are handling one of the key tariff appeals.

Congress has been useless for a while now.

With respect, it's nothing but endless hearings or worse, large bills that no one reads which hurt Americans.

You never seem to work a full week and if you do, nothing is done. Trump has been in office since Jan 20 and not one single bill has been signed into law.

Leadership sucks and empty promises are constant.

It's shameful. And disheartening.
