Wala na I give up! Been a loyal customer for more than 4 years but the issue now is too much. No internet for 4 days and you promised to resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours. Still no maintenance team on site so for sure wala parin gang tomorrow.
Im not sure now how seriously you r taking customer service and satisfaction. Well, it seems that wala na sa priority ito becoz you are keep pushing your loyal customers away with your lack of action. You are leaving us no other choice but to get another internet provider.
@gmanews Went overboard para maging sikat. Sana lang talaga masampolan ng kaso ito. Too much is too much. I love drag shows but this performace its very very off, improper, disrespectful. Don't use drag art as a reason to justify your mistake.
