As a customer I would be pleased to have an amount of platinum equal to the cheapest version of the pack I bought. I think it would not be that bad, a little sacrifice for both sides if you will.
There won't be any issue if the same pack is bought twice (Ie: 2 unvaultings)

I have two accounts linked to the same email, Xbox and PC. What will happen when cross save/play will come? Will I get one account with everything (platinum, riven mods, skins) ? Will I lose an account? What about purchases?

First of all, you have to check what version of the pack is bought. For example I bought the Chroma prime accessories pack back in 2018, for 55 euros, which has way more value than the pack I recently bought on PC for 17,77 euros, if you look at platinum etc.
