I have sat in tens of job interview panels in the past year and I am seeing a worrying trend. The boy child is not showing up!!! The girl child comes in with all the fight in her and ends up winning the day. Super prepared and knowledgeable.
What is going on with the boy child? Are we as men relaxed or we go into interviews with an entitled mindset?
What do you guys think? @kyamageroandrew you run a space focusing on the boy child. Talk to me.
Mbarara tujja tujja!

Let's embrace education of the girl child as I still believe a woman is actually the backbone of the family"

Films are a fantastic medium for inspiring people. In addition, films have the power to elicit a variety of emotions, open our eyes to fresh viewpoints, and most significantly, they can act as a vehicle via which we can raise public awareness of vital issues.

Disability inclusion in recruitment is mandated; for us, that has been a major accomplishment. In the districts where we work with our peers, at least 5% of our peer educators are young people with disabilities. #WeCanWorkUG
