Many factors such as unemployment, isolation, poverty, loss of a loved one, failure to meet a debt obligation, among others can all lead to mental breakdown. I therefore urge Employers, Recruiting Agencies and Security agencies to consider mandatory periodic counselling services and regular checks to mitigate mental health related effects.
