No, it is not healthy or recommended. Paracetamol is a medicine intended to be taken in appropriate doses—not a cooking ingredient. Heating it with food can alter the drug, and the resulting chemicals and dose are unpredictable.

More importantly, consuming excess paracetamol can cause serious liver damage, and repeated or accidental exposure can be dangerous.
If the goal is to tenderize meat, use safe methods such as marinating, slow cooking, pressure cooking, or appropriate acidic/enzymatic marinades.

If someone has already eaten meat cooked with paracetamol, tell me approximately how many tablets were used, the tablet strength (e.g., 500 mg), how much meat was eaten, and the person's age/weight, and I can explain the potential risk.
