@flipkartsupport @Flipkart I ordered a new Mi Note 8 phone, but Mi Service Center confirmed it’s a refurbished piece. Also, the phone is 4G but listed as 5G on your app. I’ve spoken to 8 support executives with no resolution. Requesting @consaff and @NCDRCIndia to take note.

This is either fraud by delivery agents or store staff.
