Introducing Zite: our take on the future of no-code
The world runs on software, but code is expensive to build and maintain.
We built Zite to solve the 3 issues holding back AI app builders 👇
https://t.co/abrkHDkdW6
Zite apps now connect to the Google tools you use every day.
Three new integrations: Gmail, Drive, and Analytics.
Send and read mail through a connected Gmail account
Save and pull files from a Google Drive folder
Track page views, signups, and conversions in Google Analytics
All 1 click integrations without the need to manage API keys.

Our engineering team shipped fast before AI.
With LLMs in the mix, I can barely keep up with the updates!
One more to wrap up the week:
Zite Database now supports backups, including minute by minute automated backups.
Pick a date and time, preview your database from that moment, then restore it when you find the version you need.
Live on @zite
@zite now integrates with Notion and Mailchimp
Build apps on top of your existing @NotionHQ pages and databases
Sync contacts to your Mailchimp audiences and trigger email or SMS messages from your Zite app

Scheduled Workflows just landed in @zite
Now your apps can run background automations
Set up recurring jobs once: reports, digests, reminders, cleanups
Or let users trigger one-time schedules directly from inside the app
Build it once. Your app keeps working, even when you’re not
The Zite updates keep coming...
Introducing branded magic links.
Your app login emails can now be sent from your own domain, with your logo, colors and brand kit applied automatically.
Available on Business, Team, and Enterprise.

We just shipped multi-chat in @zite !
Start a separate chat for each feature, fix, or idea, all inside the same app
Each one stays focused, so old conversations never get in the way of what you build next
Switch between chats anytime to pick up where you left off

New in Zite ✨ Plan Mode 2.0
Zite now creates wireframes for every screen before it builds.
Plans stream in as they’re created, and edits affect only the part of the plan you want to change.
AI is great at building. It’s not great at guessing what you need.
Plan mode 2.0 is another step towards fixing that!

Today we’re launching Database Agent in Zite.
Ask questions, run workflows and create tables + fields. Pull in data from URLs, files, or connected integrations.
For advanced tasks, the agent writes custom scripts on top of the tools you already use - Slack, Airtable, Claude, OpenAI, and more - to send emails, generate summaries, or trigger workflows.
Ask the agent to spin up a Zite app or form on top of your data, so your team can view, update, or collect records from a custom interface.
All from one place.

Zite apps can now connect to Microsoft Teams, Outlook and OneDrive. Available on all plans.
And on Enterprise, two new features for admins:
Audit Logs - a full record of activity across your organization. Who changed what, when. Logins, database edits, permission updates - tracked and filterable.
Creation controls - set org-wide defaults for who can create apps, forms, or databases. Individual teams can override those defaults when you need the flexibility.

Introducing Brand Kits in Zite
Paste your website URL and Zite instantly pulls in your brand: colors, fonts, logo, style
Every app and website you build with Zite now ships on-brand by default
@zite also picks up your business context, so it knows what you do and who you're building for from the very first prompt
No more "make it match my brand"

On a personal note, I’ve joined @zite as Head of Education.
I learned a huge amount building Raydian, and I’m excited to bring those lessons into the enterprise space, working closely with businesses through Zite.
It’s a great team, strong leadership, and a product and roadmap that genuinely excite me.
Zite is acquiring @raydian_dev, our second acquisition this year
Founders Ryley and Greg are joining the Zite team
How we got here:
We first came across Raydian in November 2025
Even just 6 months ago, agentic building tools for non-engineers were far more limited
Raydian was early to several ideas that are now fundamental, like planning mode with tasks, design mode, visual editing, and built-in auth + databases
Before Raydian, their team spent years running Devize, a profitable no-code app builder. Not too different from how Zite grew out of Fillout
@ryley is joining Zite in a cross-functional role spanning engineering and go-to-market. He is a rare combination of builder and operator
@gregoryjohn is joining as Zite's first Head of Education. He's taught over 100,000 people how to build with no-code and will have a big impact on our customers
While the Raydian product is shutting down, many of the ideas and lessons behind it will make their way into @zite

Wrapping up the week with 3 new Zite features:
📷 QR codes
Generate and scan QR codes in your apps for inventory management, check-ins, and opening links
👥 Groups
Manage access in larger organizations by granting use or edit access to whole teams at once
🔐 Secrets
Store private values like API keys securely for use in your app workflows
All three are live now in Zite
AI made getting started easy. Getting it exactly right is still slow
The next phase of AI app building is about putting you back in control where it matters
In Zite, you can already see and control your data and the logic behind your app
Now you can edit the app itself directly too
We rebuilt visual editing from the ground up so you can move faster, see your app structure clearly, and make multiple changes at once
The line between no-code and AI app building is disappearing.

Which connectors should we add next?
New in Zite: built-in email for your apps
AI sets it up. Your team can see and edit every message without code.
Every app needs email at some point.
A confirmation after signup. A reminder before a meeting. A follow-up when something changes.
In most tools, that means wiring up a separate email provider, connecting an automation tool, and hoping everything stays in sync.
In Zite, email is built in.
Your app can send emails directly as a step in a workflow.
You can use Zite’s email address with zero setup, or connect Gmail, Outlook, or your own mail server.
The built-in email editor lets your team see the exact emails being sent, edit them visually, pull in data from your app, and make changes without touching code.
Now live on zite dot com, let us know what you think!
New in Zite ✨ Turn spreadsheets into apps
Upload an Excel file and Zite generates a working app from your spreadsheet.
Zite understands your formulas, preserves your structure, and gives you a real interface for your data.

There are two recent technical breakthroughs that make products like Zite possible
The obvious one is LLMs. The less obvious one is infrastructure, specifically sandboxing and safe + fast dynamic code execution
It's been a pleasure partnering with @Cloudflare on the latter
Dynamic Workers lets @zite serve custom software to millions of users quickly and affordably
