Broken down at 5:30 AM. 6 hours for @Enterprise to figure out what to do, 4 hours waiting for @TheAA_UK, a 2-hour drive, and then "20 minutes" turning into 3 hours (so far) dumped at a new service station.
15.5 hours & still abandoned. Unbelievable "service" from both of you.
