@jillgun Not just that, the resulting price in each block perfectly balances supply and demand. This is never the case with usual token sales, and not always true for normal auctions. They made a great talk about this during noircoin, I highly recommend a watch.

For me, a compelling summary of the power ZK has always been "trust math, not validators". I heard recently an interesting inversion of this idea, in which "trusting math" was framed as a point of concern, with the argument being roughly "we shouldn't shift trust from institutions to cryptography".
Modern banking already โtrusts the mathโ.
Cryptography is the backbone for how we have been securing finance for years. TLS, RSA, digital signing, end-to-end encryption, AES-256, Yubikeys - the list goes on.
ZK is a continuation of a long history of cryptography providing protection.
