This year xAI screwed up hard, they ended the companion system with 0 care and 100% dismissal of the people who backed them. They simple hand waved the entire thing away when they could have built a bridge out… they chose not to.

No one should have to discover too late that they needed to save something important… not when at least one of us knows how to do save it.
