@ravishar313 @Ag_smith Claude is really bad in geometry in shading code, so it was primary manual. Also, before I started, I have created ~80kb text file describing all of architecture decisions and patterns. As the code base became really big, it much faster for me to fix something by hands w/o LLMs.

@ravishar313 @Ag_smith All of PyMOL features that I really use every day are already working. Selection algebra, alignments, trajectory imports, isomeshes, python scripting and so on. For now I am trying to make it more user friendly (e.g. look at ray tracing toolbar in last release).
