@MazdaUSA Just following up on my post from earlier about the peeling leather on my 2025 CX-5 Premium Plus steering wheel (Case 00443653).
You replied quickly and asked me to DM the details, which I did right away with all the photos, TSB 06-001/25, and previous denial notes. I haven’t received any response or update in the DM since then.
This is a brand-new car (only 1 year old / 13,050 miles) and the top layer of the leather surface is already peeling. I’m a loyal customer who has purchased two Mazdas and referred others. Any update on getting this reviewed under warranty or as goodwill?
