Grabbing a list of pending properties and calling agents to see if the client needs a move out clean is pretty simple. These agents are closing business, so timing is key.

Here's what I did:

Then I click the listing to ensure it says pending or contingent.

Hired a VA for outbound dials to real estate agents.

Two days of work = 80 dials, 3 quotes generated and one is a property management company with 200+ homes in our area.
