@BBT your 'electronic error resolution' form is mailed to fill out via paper and snail mail? Y'all, it's 2020, e-sig and e-forms are a thing. Only mail reason is you've calc'd lower liabilities as items get lost in the mail; terms voiding credit 'if not received' seem to agree 🤔
