@nmronline Yeah that’s true, we’ve made some significant contributions to the field of ambient temperature-responsive flowering. But I guess it’s not wise to stay at the one place for too long.

After my Ph.D. I decided to keep working at the same lab as a postdoc. The work is amazing but I do feel that it is not helpful in developing me as a future PI. A good postdoc position should also include training for the possible future opportunities 🤔🤔

@ammann_jeanine I feel the same way, as if this postdoc is a mere extension of my PhD without any change. Perhaps changing the lab would be more helpful
