A foreign military vessel crossed our borders & boarded our fishing vessels today. They were helpless. They didn’t have any help from our own military. Our own military told them it would take them a few hours to get there. Can you imagine how they would feel in such a situation? People no longer feel safe in this country.

🚨I can confirm to you Indian🇮🇳navy are still on this Maldivian fishing vessel (31 Jan 2024, 4.42 pm).

The chief fisherman on the vessel is giving updates via satellite phone. There’s no mobile reception near EEZ border that’s why we’re unable to receive videos & pictures.
