Excited to see some of the work from my PhD published! CTCB405 cures stage 1 trypanosomiasis in mice - so we used metabolomics to study its effect on tryps. TLDR: CTCB405 likely works on target (PFK) & cause widespread changes in parasite metabolomes 😀 @EdinUni_IIIR @WTcell
