@ShaudL_ Also the gap between spin hits and the knock down could add unique mix ups. Some shorter characaters might even have the final hit miss them if he rises during the attack

@ShaudL_ It just makes sense. Yamcha has wff(classic, useful, standard), kame(Milque toast, normal), and pack attack(garbage imo) they all cover the same height and similar horizontal space. A slightly vertical(maybe even anti air) assist would give Yamcha options
