@JacobLewis64526 @The71stM @histories_arch I also grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was never taught that. Maybe had different manuals…?

@teslasi
1. There is no technology that has changed my life more than FSD and I love you for it. Thank you!
2. FSD 14 needs to get better. It has put me in a couple of dangerous situations and seems like a big step back. I need to tell you because I love you too much.

@Tesla The new update is terrible for lane changes (when it was supposed to be better???). Pretty please update again!!!

[zoates @zoates]

@KUTV2News Yes!! In park city

[zoates @zoates]

@rexsalisbury @FT did forget a guest feedback company bigger than many listed with thousands of restaurant customers though that has 18x’ed since COVID… 😇😇😇 @Ovationup !!

[zoates @zoates]

@dickiebush This is literally the reason I started @Ovationup ! Frictionless for the guest to GIVE feedback, easy for management to respond to the feedback, and improving online reviews.

The magic isn’t just getting data though, it is taking brand-wide ACTION on the trends.

[zoates @zoates]

@SpotifyUSA — help!! There’s nowhere on your site to get help and I just got kicked off my family plan bc e-mail went to spam. Now I can’t do any family plans for 12 mo?????????

[zoates @zoates]

@WIRED Honestly—this is disgraceful. I’ve loved and read @WIRED for a long time. Shocked this made it through the editorial process. Lost a lot of respect with this one. If you can’t find a story in such a fascinating situation, you aren’t skilled or aren’t trying.

@canimakeamove I love the “got a question about your online order?” Uhhhhhh, ya. Whuuuu??

[zoates @zoates]

@AmericanAir They’re the ones I reached out to and told me to file a police report. A compromised account is settled with verification and an apology from @Delta. You make me go to the police????

[zoates @zoates]

@AmericanAir can you explain why, if my account got hacked and my miles were all used to purchase flights from another country, that I have to file a LOCAL POLICE REPORT and wait 4 months to get my miles back…? #CustomerService #FAIL

@kylefitzy8 @Delta Was boarding. She just followed him. No announcement of last call, no looking around, nada. Just closed the door as I was feet away.

[zoates @zoates]

@kylefitzy8 @Delta They paused boarding due to weather, I didn’t want to stink up the plane with my dinner, so was waiting to be the last one to board. I literally was sitting 10 feet from the jet bridge. I stood up when the last passenger 1/2

[zoates @zoates]

@kylefitzy8 @Delta As I’m laying on a couch trying to go to sleep waiting for my flight tomorrow…neither can I.
