@airindia your customer service agents are not even willing to take our complaint and asking us to give you a PIR number, what a joke in the name of help
@airindia we cannot give you a PIR copy because the rude and uncouth staff of @airindia at @mumbaiairport did not even take our complaint, why don't you get this simple thing?
@airindia customer service defines if a customer will return to buy from you but I must say your humanity standards are lower than any airline I have come across @RNTata2000 made a mistake in buying @airindia
