@northernassist I tried to get the 10:39 from Bromley cross today but it was cancelled, as was the 11:09. I had to be in Mcr for half 11 so got a taxi to Bolton and the train at 11:02 (I think) from there. Please can you let me know the refund process as my ticket was scanned

The 8:08 from Bromley Cross just can't be 2 carriages, even if it is the summer holidays. Already packed on and we're not even at Hall I th wood yet. So uncomfortable. Why has it been short service this week?

@axainsurance Hi, have now received settlement letter. I was wrongly advised that food was included (will this be on a call recording?) and a new passport (deducting the amount already used) which has not been included on my letter. Please can I speak to someone about this?

@axainsurance Hi, I've just heard a rough figure for what we'll be offered from our travel claim (it's currently in approvals), and it is well below the amount we lost out on. How do I dispute this? Would like to see a breakdown if possible.
