If I borrow 2k from someone, I can't sleep until that money is paid. I love my peace of mind, why I don't borrow. I can never understand people who borrow for a living.

Let me explain: I just paid off 10 million naira for a close relative. She borrowed 1 million from OPay to do a business and ended up spending the money on family. She had to borrow from Palmpay to pay off the loan, including interest; then she borrowed from Moniepoint to pay Palmpay, and kept borrowing from loan apps until she accumulated interest and could no longer pay.

That’s what borrowing does to you whether from apps or people, you will just keep borrowing and will never stop and achieve anything.

The way I see it, there's two sides to this.

They are not good friends and don't regard what you do or they don't think you can deliver on the job based on previous experiences.

I just blocked two of my friends because they were in a meeting where a lawyer was needed to seal a deal and they didn’t refer me, someone else there had to call me..

When I heard it, I confronted them and they confirmed it, I blocked them and told them never to call me again because they can’t be in my circle ..

That’s how serious i take things like this ..
