@Housesitting your service has made me homeless in LA. Your sitter has negligently cancelled my sit. Are you comfortable with a woman being on the streets
@parcelforce been waiting 11 days for my item to arrive. Emailed and called and no one can help me. Tracker says itโs at the depot and hasnโt been delivered
@VodafoneUK I asked to log a formal complaint and instead have spent the past few hours going between sales and billings? why have i had over 4 advisors on live chat?
@EmiratesSupport This conduct isn't just unreasonable it's reckless. It's dangerous to leave passengers stranded in foreign countries, putting the onus of time and $ on paying customers to get themselves back home. What is Emirates going to do about this??
@EmiratesSupport I've been left on hold for hours at a time, and been told in order to have my situation dealt with, to call back when the call volumes are less. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED. How much longer must I wait for someone at Emirates to take note?
@EmiratesSupport Despite paying in full for a return fare HK-Paris, I'm effectively left stranded in France. It's been 2 weeks since this took place and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone at Emirates who will take responsibility for my situation.
@EmiratesSupport Emirates cancelled my return flight back to Hong Kong, leaving me stranded in Europe. I've been trying unsuccessfully for 2 weeks now to rebook, and every request I've made (around 15 in total) have been denied by Emirates.
@Trip You've happily taken my money without taking any responsibility for the service you're meant to provide. I'm trying to a find a flight on a seat that is 6 WEEKS FROM NOW. My original flight was May 27. Explain why this is such a problem for a leading booking agent?!?
@Trip I've gone through untold stress, amplified massively by Trip's totally pointless customer service. I paid extra when i booked the tickets thinking it would matter - it did not. What the f*ck am I supposed to do to get back home?
@Trip Add to injury: On June 3, a Trip staff member told me that my flight had been successfully changed through the Trip rebooking system, and I booked my quarantine hotel (a requirement in HK) and sublet my flat accordingly. The next day I was told the request was again DENIED.
@Trip Over the past 2 weeks, I've emailed and called multiple times only to have something in the area of 15 different flight change requests denied. Does this seem like an acceptable level of service? Am I meant to just stay abroad indefinitely while you do nothing to help?
@Trip My return flight home to Hong Kong was cancelled by Emirates last month, and I've yet to successfully rebook my flight home because of Trip's completely useless rebooking system. You don't seem to take any responsibility for passengers stranded abroad??
