So very lovely of Rebecca Bustani to recognise the work done by the team. In particular Philippa and Dani who support @CBU3_BHNFT
Good luck Rebecca. You'll be missed 🍀

@NELANews I'd be interested to know from other trusts...
1) are any of you struggling to identify a clinical lead for this?
2) what process trusts have in place to identify applicable patients?
@cascleicester Thank you @cascleicester. I was on wedding organiser and caterer duty for my niece last week. However, I would never miss a chance to meet up with my Clinical Audit and Effectiveness colleagues.
@cascleicester@HCUK_Clare@svig2 It's a bit like this (for those of us old enough to remember). Who are we today? Clinical Audit? Assurance Assessors? Compliance Reviewers? Improvers?
⭐️Is there an area of healthcare that you would like to improve?
⭐️If you have an idea discuss it with us – we really welcome this... https://t.co/uiC3W26UQB
⭐️Closing date is 7th March 2025 - we look forward to hearing from you!
There's a big difference between "speaking up" & "calling out". This is so relevant in the context of building psychological safety & addressing issues & concerns within teams. ‘Speak up’ cultures enable people to get under the surface of issues; to feel & be heard. ‘Call out’ cultures shut down open & honest communication, breeding fear & discontent. When things go wrong, there's often a knee jerk reaction towards fault finding. Stepping back from this & instead focusing on finding solutions supports growth & development of people & systems.

@SuzanneAudit @CShort2013 It's been on my mind too. Our establishment had not increased for over a decade when we decided to review it and went through with a process review, capacity review and a full day Stop Start Continue exercise. A good 18 months from start to finish.
