@parcelforce you must take us customers for mugs. Express Delivery slot scheduled for 11:40-12:40 & courier arrives at 11:28 when I’m out & get back at 11:30. I call customer service twice, second time promised redelivery today. Surprise surprise, no redelivery. Absolute lies 🤬
You should send my pushchair to me in a taxi right now. As your couriers can’t actually seem to do their job. You have zero respect for your customers and their time. Unfortunately, you’ll have no repercussions from this. Just me, stuck inside all day. Again
I am now without a pushchair for the weekend. This completely spoils my plans. Thanks very much. What will you do to get me my wasted time and my ruined plans back???!!! Everyone should know how this company operates. Why are we paying money for this APPALLING service. Disgusting
@parcelforce you run a sham business. Been on the phone 7 X with customer service have been LIED to 4 X about redelivery I’ve wasted countless hours waiting for delivery not to mention time on hold. Everyone should know this is how you do business. I STILL HAVE NO PUSHCHAIR
@JDSports Not really anything to assist me with. Just generally think your stores should offer more choice for women. It’s 2019! Suffice it to say, I ended up buying my trainers from @Allbirds
@JDSports absolutely SHOCKING and TINY selection of women’s trainers at your Walthamstow shop. The men’s section literally has 4 times the choice. Fuming.
@Hermesparcels This number doesn’t work. Brings me to a menu, but won’t let progress further. I’ve waited in for the 4th time and my parcel hasn’t been delivered. Infuriating and terrible business practice.
@Hermesparcels just got an email that an attempt was made to delivery my parcel at 20:49 today. I’ve been sat here for 2 hours and heard nothing. This is the 3rd delivery attempt so very annoying. I think the courier just missed his time slot & decided not to bother delivering.
@LowMoorCottages@NationalCircus I’d say if you’re proficient in balancing then walking should be a doddle!! Try to keep your body tight and then lean over with your toes and “catch” yourself by moving your hands.
