Henry Nowak’s killer, Vikrum Digwa, fabricated claims of racial abuse after being prompted by his brother, newly released court transcripts reveal.

The transcript reveals he did not make his false racism claim of his own accord, but was apparently prompted to do so by Gurpreet Digwa, his 27-year-old brother, who arrived at the scene shortly after the stabbing.
