@SimonTtgl838 @IGN Oh it is a copy, the main villain feels that him and batman are kindred, spirits, trying to do the same thing, water is weaponized and use as the destruction of Gotham, batman using tech that may or may not work, a subplot with the mob that is there and then dropped.
