@virginmedia Surely I should of been made aware of this when I notified you of the move? We’re in pandemic, I’m left with no tv & no internet! Can’t work from home nor homeschool my son. I’m out of pocket every day but I’ve just to wait on someone contacting me!? #howlongisapieceofstring
@virginmedia I have had no update from anyone. I have phoned 3 times (since I got the first text on 6/1 to say installation was on hold) and no one can give me a date. I’m simply told someone will be in touch, yet I have still not heard! I’m at the end of my tether!!
@virginmedia can you tell me how I can get in touch with the construction team? Getting rather frustrated trying to get an answer from anyone in customer services re a new install date, since you put it on hold and left me with no internet, phone or tv services
@virginmedia absolutely shocking service!! Move house and given a install date of 9/1, day before decide to tell me more work is to be done. 3 phone calls later and I still don’t know when I will have my tv/internet! Can’t work from home, can’t homeschool my son with no internet!
