Tina Peters was convicted of four felonies and misdemeanors in August for using another individual's security badge to help an associate of MyPillow fascist Mike Lindell access sensitive election equipment.

The breach led to sensitive data including passwords for the machines being leaked online. As a result, the machines had be to replaced.

Matt Crane, executive director of the Colorado County Clerks Association, stated that Peters cost the county over $1 million.

"Your lies are well-documented and these convictions are serious,” Judge Matthew Barrett told Peters. He said she was a "charlatan" who abused her position "to peddle snake oil."

"The damage is immeasurable," Barrett added. "I'm convinced you would do it all over again if you could."

He said that every time one of her conspiracies "gets refuted, shown to be false, another tale is weaved."

This woman belongs in prison for a long time, as does anyone who attempts to undermine our democracy.
