100% agree. But we're aiming the blame at the wrong people. It's not the players, it's the scouters.
When the only way to get trials and opportunities is stat farming, players will stat farm. That's not greed, that's survival.

Leading/IGLing in valorant just puts you at a disadvantage. You sacrifice your numbers to lead, and the scene punishes you for it.
Everyone is not Minimise who can IGL and still top frag every game.

I hate the fact that so many brilliant minds I know retired because of this.
