'OSG WILL NOT MOVE FOR RECONSIDERATION OF THE PHILHEALTH CASE'

Sinabi ng Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) na nirerespeto nito ang desisyon ng Korte Suprema na ibalik sa PhilHealth ang P60 bilyon nitong excess funds na nailipat sa national treasury.

PINIPILI ANG MAY PINAKAMALAKING ALOK NA KICKBACK?

Isiniwalat ni Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Leviste na hindi umano nagkakaroon ng tunay na bidding para sa mga proyekto ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa kanyang distrito.

Aniya, ang dating congressman umano ang pumipili ng contractor kung saan ia-award ang proyekto.

Sinabi ito ni Rep. Leviste matapos pormal na sampahan ng kaso si district engineer Abelardo Calalo na sinubukang suhulan ng mahigit P3.1 million ang kongresista.

“Kung nag-agree ako kay DE, ngayong linggo ay imi-meet na sana namin ang mga contractor at makakapagbigay na sila ng milyon-milyong DPWH kickbacks mula sa 2025 projects na na-award na sa kanila,” saad ni Leviste.
