Revised with the new CO footage added. I've since learnt the moment of the shot was probably earlier than 12:23:28.7. Subtract 2 from each timestamp for more accuracy. Americans who happen upon this please repost this in the evening! @Kryptik1326@AimeeLizB@GazH2327@Adamtf_82
@TornadoAli17 Yes I've seen this! I've yet to look into it, though. I haven't paid much attention to events prior to the incident so I think I'll learn a lot from your magnum opus.
@TornadoAli17 No problem at all. I could give you the raw files via Google Drive (though already compressed to some extent). There are also some videos I've only shown a select few people for sanity checks; I'd appreciate your opinion on them, too, before I move on to publish them.
@DenyTheMarkClub I'm not sure. I think there's also a good possibility Tyler started his escape there, moving from facility to facility, restaurant to restaurant, to avoid getting kidnapped.
It is possible that the DC driver thought the white SUV suspicious, turned left rather to go round the small building in the northeast corner, stopped for a little while, and then drove westwards after the SUV went away... or it was another grey DC.

There's a loud scream present in both the UVU Review and TikTok vids. Syncing the two via the scream, I learnt the SUV went off 47 seconds after the shot. They were caught about 1.7 mi away at 12:27, giving avrg. 39 mi/h (assuming 12:24:17–27:00). I fail to see when they sped.
The problem with this is not that it took them 10-11 minutes to arrive at the hospital: it probably would if you drove lawfully. It is that Harpole said they were 'breaking [their] own intersections', 'cutting [their] own traffic', and going '60, 80, 100'.
This definitely needs more explanation.
They stopped where?
For how long?
Why?
Did they meet up with someone?
Maybe that someone left a backpack at the bus stop then caught the # 831 bus at 12:26pm from the Fulton library?
Maybe they met up with a White SUV or a Grey challenger?
Maybe they stopped a little further up the road outside the National Guard building?
Maybe it was all of those things or none??
But we're going to find out where they went and why they're still enroute a full 12mins after the big bang!!!
If you're yanking and banking at 60-80-100mph you will arrive at Timpangos in around 5mins.
That extra time may have cost Charlie his life and it's essential to know where they went.
Strange how Brian never mentioned they stopped anywhere and why they wouldn't take that opportunity to close the door properly.
I smell a rat named Harpole!!
@MuppetMasher They most likely departed at 12:24:15. The car averaged 35 mi/h-ish until they reached 50 S 1200 W at around 12:27. I didn't know about the stop when I made this video. If they'd stopped for a minute, they would probably have had to speed a lot.

@debsm833931@baroncoleman That is the only intra-official theory, unless the grey DC parked there was a second one. We know for a fact, though, that Maroon Man walked down south along 600 W, indicating he'd probably parked his car somewhere up north.
The shortest path from the parking spot @baroncoleman found to the tunnel is exactly 1 km. It is the path Limping Man is likely to have walked. If not a coincidence, who in the US is likely to use Metric? Military guys? Foreigners?
@HolonCitizen I appreciate your effort and I agree that the suspect might have gone into this house. I do have more info on this matter that I don't think others have discovered. Since I'm not verified, I can only say so much per post. Could we DM about this? I sent you a request.
@HolonCitizen@baroncoleman On the suspect's way out, too, he most probably ran through the trees along the bank on the east side of the UVU property, not the walkway on the west side.
@HolonCitizen@baroncoleman I'm talking about his way towards UVU, not his way out. He was caught limping along 800 S. The parking spot is what Baron found on Nearmap, just south of 600 W 630 S St.
@DimitrisY@baroncoleman I'm sure you're right, but I still find this movement of his curious. I think his sunglasses might have been the communication device. He touches them 4-5 times in the PG.
@DimitrisY@baroncoleman Both is an option, of course. Limping Man also turned around at the top of the grass hill and took a few steps forward as if he was given some instruction by somebody across the street.
People are catching up on the SUV being rather slow. We already know it was somewhere near 400 S 1200 W (1.2 mi away) at 12:26; near 50 S 1200 W (1.6 mi away) at 12:27; and at 12:28 it was till a couple of minutes away from the hospital. It seems to have averaged 40 mi/h-ish.
@Kryptik1326@AimeeLizB@GazH2327@Adamtf_82 I don't want to be too accusatory, and I do not know what he was doing; but I'd definitely appreciate an explanation. I've also been made aware it is 'WagonEEr', not 'Wagoner'. Sorry I'm even less of a car person than Candace!

@DenyTheMarkClub@Kryptik1326 We now know one of the Visual Impulse guys was doing something to that Wagoneer. Thanks for the links; I'll pay attention to this car further. Thanks also for making me realize it's WagonEEr... I thought it 'Wagoner' 😂
