i just deleted my mom's number from my phone contacts. knowing i'll never be able to call her ever again is beyond crushing. i've come to terms that time will heal all these things that hurt so badly. i still can't believe she passed away. 💔

The irony? The moment I requested account closure, it was actioned quickly. No attempt to say, “Stay, we’ll fix the issue.” That says a lot about the customer experience. 🙃

Almost a week later and @gotymebankza still can’t resolve a simple query. The service has been incredibly frustrating, and I’ve now requested to close my account because I clearly can’t get the help I need.
